Happy Healthy Minds Course

This 6 week programme for Yr3-Yr6. is rooted in the science of happiness and positive psychology. Children are
taught how to understand emotions, enhance their own wellbeing, deal with life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and strive for their dreams. Students take part in a wellbeing evaluation before and after the program.
